Scary!!!

Talk about scary!!!! Going to the bathroom on Sunday night, and the toilet paper has blood on it!!!! Not a whole heap, but blood none the less, and with every wipe, it gets redder!!!! I called Ronnie in, and I think we both looked as freaked out as each other!
We called my sister-in-law first, and she said that she thought we should call the Birthing Unit, so I gave the girls a call up there. They advised us to come in... so, 11:30 Sunday night (31st October), we venture up to the hospital, press the button so security can let us in, and go up to the birthing unit, and into an assessment room.............................
They put a monitor on my stomach, so that they could measure Boj's heart beat and movements, and also another one to measure whether my uterus was contracting.
Boj wasn't really happy... kept kicking the strap (we could even hear the noise), but wasn't doing any other movements that they needed to see... So I had to drink some ice water to try and get it moving again... (of course, the water didn't sit right, and I was then throwing up too....), but Boj decided that it would move, so the midwife at least got what she needed. The other strap showed that my uterus was contracting, but as I didn't have any pain, apparently I didn't need to worry about it.
They had to do an internal exam (kinda like a pap-smear) to see if they could tell where the blood was coming from. They even tried to flush with some saline everything out so they could see the blood fresh! They could see blood, and it looked like it was coming from near the cervix, but not from the cervix, which is GOOD!!!
So, all looked good, they didn't think that they would even need to do the blood test (which shows whether the babies blood has started to merge with mine - which apparently happens when its ready to come out)... so the Midwife went off to check with the doctor, and Ronnie and I thought we were good and going home!
Midwife comes back in... "well, Doctor wants us to still do the blood test, and also wants you to stay overnight so we can monitor the bleeding and make sure you are ok". So had to venture home and grab things to take to the hospital... (note to self... need to pack the hospital bag!!!)
Got back to the hospital, and at least they managed to get me a private room in the maternity ward (bit weird being in there with no baby), Ronnie left, and I was stuck having a moment and knowing that i needed to try and go to sleep.
Didn't get much sleep, kept hearing one baby go off, and then it triggered another baby and so forth and so on, and then people would ring their buzzers. I was on "strict" bed rest cause I was considered a "heamoraghe" (or however you spell it), and was only allowed to get out of bed for the loo... they were even going to deliver my breakfast (rather than me having to go and collect it)!!
I finally got to sleep and at 6am, was woken by a nurse coming in to do my BP and temp.... my BP was like 70 / 50, so she didn't like that very well, and decided to test my other arm (yes, apparently you can have a different BP in each arm!!), and that was like 90/70 or something, so still low compared to my normal perfect 120/80. But then I was awake.......
Ronnie wasn't allowed to come in until 10, So I just lay around, trying to get back to sleep... and thought I'd have a shower... was trying to venture out of the room to get a towel and got busted by a nurse!! lol..... she went to get me a towel, but had to put the straps back on my stomach to see how everything was going! This time at least, my BP was normal.
Boj was being stubborn again, kept kicking the strap, and not wanting to move around... but, again after some water, moved enough for them to get their readings, and its heart beat was a lot better than the night before.
The doc came in, and felt everywhere, said that it was normal, and we shouldnt be worried, just that some extra blood vessels form at the later stages of pregnancy, and that one of them had just ruptured, but we needed to keep an eye on any other bleeding to make sure that it isn't placental bleeding and leaking!
So now, just waiting on the blood tests to determine if I am allowed to go home or not...

12 oclock, nothing.....
1 oclock, nothing.....
Visiting hours are meant to finish from 1 - 3, but they let Ronnie stay cause I was in a private room, and they knew that we were just waiting on blood tests to come through..... but they also allowed us out of the ward to go for a walk too!!!
3 oclock, nothing....
4 oclock, nothing...
4:15... i was like "it's not like i dont like you all,  but I just really want to go home...."... midwife "well good, cause I just got your results, negative, so you can go home"... us... "awesome... see-ya".
But was on strict rest for at least the next day!!!!
Problem with resting is that its boring!!! lol....but at least its for a good reason!
And since getting out of hospital, Boj has been kicking away again... just didn't like the straps!! lol.....so we are both good, scared at what happened, but good!
